We have nationwide partners with the capacity to empty anything from a small domestic cesspool to an extra-large commercial septic tank. Our prices are fixed, giving you total peace of mind that the job will be done on time and at the price agreed, with no hidden extras!

2. Pay Online

Once you have selected the best date for your tank to be emptied and paid online you will receive a confirmation email to reassure you that your job has been booked in on a date to suit yourself.

3. Tank Emptied

Our Registered Waste handlers will arrive on your chosen date to empty your septic tank/cesspool. We will always leave you with written confirmation of our visit.

4. Paperwork

We ensure that you will receive a Duty of Care document with every job, along with your receipt.  We will even remind you next time your tank is due for emptying.

DO YOU ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS?

Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards online using our secure site.

HOW BIG WILL THE TRUCK BE?

The vehicle we assign to a job depends on the size of your tank. Typically, for a house with 3 bedrooms, we will send our 4 or wheeled vehicle. For a larger domestic dwelling (4 to 5 Bedrooms) we may send our 8 Wheeler. Either way we will discuss all access issue with you before we arrive.

DO I NEED TO BE AT HOME WHEN YOU CARRY OUT YOUR VISIT?

In short no, so long as we can gain access to the tank. Our drivers are happy to contact you ahead of the visit to let you know what time they are due to arrive, so you can plan your day accordingly.

OUR SEPTIC TANK IS IN OUR BACK GARDEN. IS THIS A PROBLEM?

Not at all. We deal with many hard to reach tanks. Our drivers carry 60 meters (200 feet) of pipe, which more than enough to reach most tanks.

IS VAT ADDED ON TO THE PRICE YOU QUOTE?

No, all our prices are fixed for domestic properties, zero rated VAT.

HOW OFTEN DOES MY SEPTIC TANK NEED EMPTYING?

The Environment Agency recommends that a septic tank is emptied at least annually. However, the frequency does depend on a few factors, including house occupancy and the size of your tank. Our drivers will happily advise you when you should next have it emptied.

HOW SOON CAN YOU EMPTY MY SEWAGE TANK?

Typically, we can empty your tank within 3-5 days of the order. Once we receive your order we will allocate your job at the earliest time slot available and let you know. If however you have an emergency and you need us at your property quicker, we will accommodate where possible. Either contact us directly over the phone or mark the ‘URGENT’ tab when completing the online order process and a member of our team will call you straight back and arrange immediate assistance.
